I lived in Georgia for twenty plus years and Forsythe County was always in the news, all kinds of trouble much worse than in Atlanta or anywhere else in Georgia. Racial problems, the wife who killed two husbands with anti-freeze and the list just goes on and on.

Yes it is. It is one of the fastest growing counties in the USA. An upper middle class suburb of metro Atlanta Forsythe is just about as far away from the city as most commuters would want to travel on a regular basis.
Good schools, lots of big houses in expensive subdivisions, golf courses, near the lake and close to the mountains.
